" Heroes' Monument "
The large monument in the center is the Military Monument. The one on your left is the Fireman's Monument. The one to your right is the Law Enforcement Officer's Monument.
The three monuments together, will be known as Heroes' Monument. We feel like all the names on these monuments belong to real heroes.
" Heroes' Monument "
" Quailifications to Purchase tiles on
Heroes' Monument "The hero, or a family member, or friend, can purchase a tile for a hero.
" The Military Monument "
Any active duty, military personnel , veteran, and deceased veteran, nation wide, can have a tile on this monument. Once you have completed your military tour of duty, and have recieved a discharge. All discharges, with the exception of a Dishonorable Discharge, will be excepted.
" The Fireman's Monument "
Parish, has to be an ac A person from Lafourch tive fireman for five ( 5 ) years before a tile can be purchased. A retired fireman, in good standing, and a deceased fireman can have a tile on this monument.
" Law Enforcement Monument "
Any person who is a certified Law Enforcement Officer,in Lafourche Parish,including municipalities in Lafourche Parish, can have a tile on this monument. Any LA. State Trooper can also have a tile on this monument.
" No Charge "
A name of any hero, that should be placed on this Heroes' Monument, who is classified as P.O.W. , M.I.A. , K.I.A. , Missing and Presumed Dead, or Killed in The Line of Duty, will have that name placed on the monument at NO COST to THE FAMILY.
" False Information "
This is a Heroes' Monument. Any name placed on this monument with false information will be removed. Each application must have the name of the person who will purchase the tile. When it is proven a name does not belong, Mr. Thomas Tabor will call the person who purchased the tile to witness to removal of said tile.
" Supporters "
Anyone can purchase a tile before the archway to show support for Heroes' Monument. You may put any text ( with the exception of negetive language ) on these tiles. You do not have to be a family member, or friend to show support, but it helps. Business of Corporations can place a tile. We would like any and everyone to purchase a tile to show these heroes, they are respected for what they are doing, or for what they did.
" Archway "
The Archway, reads " FOR THOSE WHO FOUGHT FOR IT, FREEDOM HAS A FLAVOR THE PROTECTED WILL NEVER KNOW "
There will be " NO " , and we mean
" NO " , Politics or Advertizements behind the Archway. This monument is what the name says;
" HEROES' MONUMENT. "

This is the picture of an actual tile you can purchase to place on Heroes' Monument
This is the same tile a supporter can buy to be placed before the Archway.
You will get a certificate like this one for buying a tile on HEROES' monument.
" ATTENTION ALL VETERANS " We would like Louisiana Veterans to sign up on this web site, giving your Parish you live in. This information will be used to notify you of any activities going on in your area, you may want to attend. We will send you an alert to let you know of any benefits you may be entitled to that the VA may make available to you.
This is our 501 C-3 should you think we are pretenders. Concerned Veterans of Louisiana Inc. is for real. Our EIN #, and DLN # were black out for our protection. If you are serious about a donation, we will send you a copy, through E-mail, Fax or by mail, your choice.

This is a form to be filled out to purchase a tile for the Veteran,Fireman, Law Enforcement Officer or to be a Supporter.
Be advised we are not excepting money for tiles at this time. We would like you to send in your information on our contact page so we can keep count on the people participating in this monument. Leave your phone number, and when we begin to build, you will be notified of the price of the tiles
Donations and Supporters are welcomed at anytime.
For those of you, who have purchased a tile, your tile is a done deal. The new application for tiles may cost a little more than you paid, but your tile is paid for and will be placed on Heroes' Monument.
